On January 29th we officially announced through social media that Centre Staged Inc. will have a brand new home staging inventory warehouse later this year and we wanted to share a few more details with you! We really couldn’t have asked for a better spot than 7- 265 Hanlon Creek Boulevard in Guelph. Situated only 6 minutes from the 401 and 14 minutes from downtown Guelph, allows us to easily service all of our surroundings areas including Hamilton, Cambridge, Kitchener/Waterloo, Elora, Rockwood and Fergus.
How will we utilize the space?
The overall 4000 sq. ft. will be divided into approximately 1600 sq. ft. of warehouse space for our beautiful (and rapidly growing) home staging furniture and accessory inventory and the remaining 2400 sq. ft. for presentation and library area, mini showroom, boardroom and offices. Leaving lots of opportunity for expansion! The boardroom and 2-3 offices will also be available to rent if you or anyone you know are looking for a comfortable yet sleek space to base your business from or just to have a monthly meeting from.
When will we be moving in?
We’re striving to be fully operating from here by this fall and plan to keep you up-to-date on all the interior progress we’re making along the way. So check back here and our social media sites regularly to see how we’re doing.
