Wow, what a year it has been! 2017 has been the year of growth, new opportunity, and not to mention a ton of fun for us at Centre Staged. It is hard to believe that in just two short weeks, we will be beginning the new year…. Where did the time go?
With every passing year, we like to take a look back at all the opportunities we are grateful to have been apart of. Keep reading and check out our favourite CSI HIGHLIGHTS OF 2017!
OUR NEW OFFICE SPACE
2017 was a huge year for us. We officially moved into our new home! It is still a work in progress, but this office is a perfect space for us to grow as a company, expand our staging inventory and meet with potential clients. Curious to see the rest? STAGING A LUXURY PROPERTY
For those of you who haven’t already checked out our blog MILLION DOLLAR STAGING , we had the opportunity to stage a gorgeous million dollar home in the heart of Rockwood! This beauty was a pleasure to stage and really challenged our team to get creative to nail this one outta the park! We even took this stage as the perfect opportunity to shop for some new artwork for our inventory.
STAGING A 162 YEAR OLD HOME
This is one for the books! All of us on the CSI team hold a special place in our hearts for old homes. When we heard we had the chance to stage a fully renovated 162 year old home we were elated. Not to mention, we may have all wished we could purchase this home… #dreamy
HOPE HOUSE JOY TOUR
For the 3rd year in a row we have participated in the JOY Home Tour. This event raises money with all proceeds going to HOPE (Helping Overcome Poverty Everywhere) House. Not only is it an amazing cause, but it happens during the Christmas season… giving our team the chance to decorate a home for the holidays.. Sounds amazing right? Well it is!!
STAGING GRANITE HOMES MODEL HOME
This summer, we had some fun with inventory and staged a Granite Homes Townhouse. At CSI we love the chance to stage a model because we get to be creative from start to finish and really play around with furniture and accessories. This model was brand new and incredibly finished. CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION GALA
Oh baby this was a fun project! You may not know this, but at Centre Staged Inc we offer event décor services! We loved having to design this event around the theme of CANADA 150. Not only were we raising money for a fantastic cause, but we were also celebrating this wonderful country we are proud to call home.
STAGING A MODERN FLIP PROJECT
We love projects like this! With this particular project, the homeowner had us come out during the renovation process to check it out. We were able to see the plan come to life and stage this gorgeous remodel up for sale. We had a ton of fun choosing contemporary pieces to mesh well with all the fixtures.
STAGING A HOME WITH CLASSIC ANTIQUES
It is always a fun and challenging project when working with existing furniture and showcasing it to its best potential. In this case, the homeowner had a collection of beautifully maintained antiques that we were able to incorporate and highlight around the home. We brainstormed and worked hard to choose a style that properly showcased the new and existing furniture in the home. After the home sold, the homeowner told us we inspired her to purchase a few modern pieces for her new place….. Success!
STAGING REIDS HOMES MODEL CONDOS
Not one, but two awesome condo stages! These condos were chic, with modern finishes ready for our staging expertise. The best part was choosing two completely different colour schemes and styles to showcase the condos to appeal to different buyers. Check out our FACEBOOK page to check out the video on this project.
A RE-DESIGN CHRISTMAS SURPRISE
This was the best way to finish off 2017. In this case, the homeowner wanted to surprise his girlfriend and have us finish the main living spaces to turn their house into a home! The fact that she works in our office made it a little hard to keep this a secret but it was totally worth it. Not only was she surprised, but she loved it! Best boyfriend ever don’t you agree?? Anyone else looking to surprise a special someone with the gift of a beautiful home, we’d love to help you!
