White Glove Delivery – This service includes the assembly and setup of products and the removal of all packaging materials. New safety standards for deliveries include: driver health screenings, practicing social distancing as much as possible, face coverings and protective gloves, frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing as well as regular cleaning and disinfecting of the truck cab. Some stores are also verbally screening clients requesting White Glove Delivery to ensure that they are healthy and have not recently traveled.
Contactless Delivery – Products are delivered to the entrance door of your choice; delivery person(s) will not go inside your house/building. Ensure that you are able to move your items inside without assistance. No assembly is included. In order to minimize contact, signing for receipt of a delivery has been stopped. Instead a photograph of the product is usually taken at your entrance door.
