What Our Clients Say
Frequently Asked Questions on Home Staging
Home staging is the act of preparing a property for sale in the real estate market. The goal of staging is to make a home more appealing to potential buyers, in order to increase its perceived market value and sell it more quickly. Home staging techniques focus on improving a property’s appeal by transforming it into a welcoming and attractive space.
In order to acquire all the necessary furniture and accessories, and coordinate deliveries, we require a minimum of 3 days notice during off-peak months (Dec-Feb & Jul-Aug) and 4-6 days notice during peak months (Mar-June & Sept-Nov).
Depending on the size of the home, our team typically completes a full home staging setup within a morning or an afternoon. (i.e. 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm)
Yes, you should stage the outside of your home. A buyer’s first impression is their lasting impression and their first opinion is formed at the curb. Make sure that you are putting your best foot forward with the exterior of your home and ensure that it is properly staged.
Our team is professionally trained and certified in home staging and interior design. We pride ourselves on providing the best service possible, therefore the selection of all staging items is at the discretion of the Centre Staged team. Our website portfolio and testimonials will provide you with some great examples of our work.
