Home Staging Report & Consultation

Our in-depth Home Staging Report will evaluate the existing design of your home on a room-by-room basis. Our evaluation includes recommendations for any necessary repairs, the relocation of furniture, paint colour changes, and de-personalizing and decluttering of items. 

As part of the report and consultation package, our team will sit down with you and discuss any questions that you may have about the report. Following this discussion, you can choose to carry out the work yourself, work with Centre Staged to complete the work, or a combination of the two.

Our team will visit your home to stage your space by rearranging furniture, adding rental furniture and other accessories, and creating an improved layout. We will accentuate the positives and minimize the negatives, both inside and out. This hassle-free process can be completed while you are away from home, for a stress-free experience.

What is home staging?

Home staging is the act of preparing a property for sale in the real estate market. The goal of staging is to make a home more appealing to potential buyers, in order to increase its perceived market value and sell it more quickly. Home staging techniques focus on improving a property’s appeal by transforming it into a welcoming and attractive space.

How much notice do you need to come and stage my home?

In order to acquire all the necessary furniture and accessories, and coordinate deliveries, we require a minimum of 3 days notice during off-peak months (Dec-Feb & Jul-Aug) and 4-6 days notice during peak months (Mar-June & Sept-Nov).

How long does staging a home take?

Depending on the size of the home, our team typically completes a full home staging setup within a morning or an afternoon. (i.e. 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm)

Should I stage the outside of my home?

Yes, you should stage the outside of your home. A buyer’s first impression is their lasting impression and their first opinion is formed at the curb. Make sure that you are putting your best foot forward with the exterior of your home and ensure that it is properly staged.

Can I come to your warehouse and choose the items myself?

Our team is professionally trained and certified in home staging and interior design. We pride ourselves on providing the best service possible, therefore the selection of all staging items is at the discretion of the Centre Staged team. Will you remove and store our current furniture?

We will request you remove any personal furniture prior to staging the home
